Participants
Bring your ride and be part of the show.
This ticket registers one vehicle for entry into the Crossroads Cruise-In. All makes, models, and styles are welcome — from daily drivers to full builds.
Your registration includes:
- Entry for one vehicle into the show
- Access to event activities, music, and vendors
- Opportunity to connect with local car enthusiasts and clubs
- Eligibility for specialty awards and recognition
- One entry into our hourly giveaways
Please be prepared to provide:
- Vehicle year, make, and model
- Car club affiliation (if applicable)
- License plate number
Spots are limited to ensure a quality experience for all participants.
Single Spectator Entry
Come enjoy the cars, the atmosphere, and the community.
This ticket grants one person entry to the Crossroads Cruise-In — a family-friendly event featuring a wide variety of vehicles, music, vendors, and local car culture.
Group Spectator Entry (5 People)
Bring your crew and enjoy the event together.
This ticket includes entry for up to five spectators at a discounted group rate.
We’re partnering with Good News Ministries to help stock their food pantry, and we’d love your help!
Bring 5 or more non-perishable pantry items and receive FREE spectator admission (a $5 value) to Crossroads Cruise-In!
Vendor Booth
Showcase your business and connect with the local community.
This ticket reserves one vendor space at the Crossroads Cruise-In, giving you direct access to event attendees throughout the day.
Vendor registration includes:
- Designated booth space
- Exposure to a strong local audience
- Opportunity to promote and sell products or services
Vendors are responsible for:
- Bringing their own setup (tent, table, chairs, etc.)
- Maintaining a clean and professional space
- Complying with all event guidelines
- No electricity available
Additional details:
- Setup instructions and arrival times will be provided after registration
- Space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come basis
Awards
Categories:
- Mayors Choice – the Mayor of Beech Grove will be selecting his pick and handing out that award.
- Car Club Choice – each officially featured car club will be handing out their own award for their top pick!
- Fan Favorite – we will take the top pick from all spectators to pick their favorite vehicle!
- Say My Name (Best License Plate)
- Pick-A-Tent – You will select your favorite vendor.
- Tasty Treats – Who was your favorite food truck?
- Top 25 – You Choose! Everyone gets a vote.

Every spectator attending the event will receive one ballot to vote for their favorite vehicle in each award category. That means every trophy we hand out is a true People’s Choice Award, chosen by the people who came to enjoy the show.

Spectators can attend Crossroads Cruise-In for $5 per person. Come out and enjoy the cars, vendors, food trucks, and activities.
Participant registration is 8am-10am.
Doors open for spectators at 10am-4pm.

Yes, participant registration is required to display your vehicle in the show.
We recommend registering in advance to guarantee your spot. Limited same-day entry may be available.
Yes! We’ll have food trucks and local vendors available throughout the day. Not to mention that you’re within walking distance of main street Beech Grove!
No. For safety and to keep the event family-friendly, reckless behavior is not permitted.
The event will take place rain or shine unless severe weather requires cancellation or changes.
Yes, spectator parking will be available in the grass area next to the parking lot. Follow event signage upon arrival.
Participant and vendor registrations are non-refundable.
All participants need to register individually using the Participant link above. There will be a field for you to enter your car club name.
Once Welchiani Media has completed their photos for the day, a google album link will be sent out to all participants and you can download what you’d like!
